Your View

The Pilgrims had their priorities in order.  They came to the New World to seek religious freedom, to worship God as they thought He should be worshiped.  The Bible says seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these other things will be added unto you. 

The Pilgrims did not set out to be wealthy, but they founded one of the richest nations on earth.  They did not set out to be famous, but every school child knows the story of John Smith and Pocahontas.   They did not set out to be trendsetters, but till today we still eat turkey on Thanksgiving.   Seek ye first the kingdom of God.
